Manchester airport facilites include: Airport Information DeskThe airport offers a 24 hour information desk in each terminal.Business CentreLocated at Terminal 3, the Business Centre offers a wide range of professional business support services.These include: Private Workstations with Telephone Fax Photocopying Word Processing Facilities Meeting Room Hire Message-Taking Service Internet Access Video Conferencing Opening hours are Monday-Friday 0800-1900 Telephone: +44 (0)161 490 5580 Fax: +44 (0)161 490 5585 Baby Changing FacilitiesIn Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, baby change facilities are located mainly in the Ladies toilets. However, there is a facility situated in the Terminal 1 Arrivals Area that can be used by either parent.Passengers travelling from Terminal 1 can now appreciate the benefits of the new look baby change facility at Manchester Airport. The new facility on level 5 is part of a phased development to upgrade all the baby change rooms at the Airport. Customers will be able to expect a lot more than the basic unit, especially as they may be travelling for several hours on a flight. The new unit boasts attractive decor, a children's high chair to restrain older toddlers in safety, a bottle warmer, a soft padded changing mat and a specially designed chair for nursing mothers. Full safety instructions are also clearly displayed. In Terminal 2, baby change facilities are located next to selected Ladies and Gents toilets, for use by either parent. These facilities are clearly signposted in each terminal. Lost PropertyLost and Found property offices are located in the Arrivals Hall of each Terminal. Should you leave anything on the aircraft, please contact the relevant handling agent immediately. Do not leave any baggage unattended at any time whilst at the Airport, as it will be removed for security reasons and may be destroyed. Places of WorshipPlaces for contemplation and prayer. There are 2 Prayer Rooms, both are easily accessible to everyone.For Terminals 1 & 3 From Terminal 1 Go to the end of the Terminal 1 Concourse and follow the corridor on the left. The Prayer Room is on the right hand side. From Terminal 3 Go to the end of the Car Park link bridge, opposite British Midland Check-In. Go down the stairs on the left to the next level and turn right. Walk along the corridor, the Prayer Room will be on your left. For Terminal 2 In the main Concourse Enter the Concourse from the Check-In Hall. The Prayer Room is to the right of the Body Shop Availability Symbols of 6 world faiths are displayed outside the Prayer Rooms. Both Prayer Rooms are open 24 hours a day and available for people of all faiths, or none. They provide opportunity for peace and quiet, meditation, private prayer, or services for staff and passengers (including pilgrim groups). The religious books of each faith are normally on display and prayer mats are available for Muslims. Such facilities are common to many airports throughout the world. Their provision is much appreciated, they are valued by all who use them as places of tranquillity. Their multi-faith function reflects the nature of air travel and the ease with which links may be made with other places, other peoples, other cultures and other faiths. Increasingly for the UK they reflect the nature of the regional communities airports seek to serve. Postal ServicesThe Post Office is operated by Thomas Cook and is situated in the Terminal 1 Arrivals Hall. All normal sub-branch facilities are available. A National Lottery terminal is also available at the Post Office.Automatic postal facilities are provided in Terminal 3. Post boxes are available before Security Control in each Terminal. There are no postal facilities after Security Control in Terminals 1 and 3. A post box is located in Terminal 2 after Security Control. World Wide Web & Email AccessInternet access is available at the Business Centre located in Terminal 3 and at the various internet booths located in the Terminals.Manchester Airport Lounge"At Manchester Airport, we're always alert to the needs of our passengers.
